Jackie is a visionary healthcare technology leader whose career trajectory uniquely positions her at the intersection of technology innovation and healthcare excellence. Beginning her professional journey in Silicon Valley's technology and enterprise application consulting sector, she later pivoted to healthcare, where she has established herself as an authority in clinical operations, quality improvement, compliance, risk management, and patient experience.

As a two-time successful entrepreneur, Jackie now leads Mentero.AI, a startup that represents the culmination of her extensive expertise across technology and healthcare domains. Her venture specializes in driving digital transformation for healthcare organizations through strategic AI implementation.

Jackie's holds a Master's in Health Administration and Interprofessional Leadership from UCSF, complemented by specialized certifications in Healthcare LEAN from Johns Hopkins Armstrong Center for Patient Safety and Quality, and AI Business Strategy from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.

Prior to this, Shanon held progressive leadership roles at Sea Mar Community Health Centers, culminating in Vice President of Operations. She oversaw operations across eight counties, 19 clinics, and a centralized call center, managing more than 450 staff.

A recognized thought leader, she has served on numerous high-impact boards, and remains passionate about reimagining care models that are inclusive, effective, and rooted in dignity and community impact.

Alice is an experienced marketing leader and operator, who adopts a creative mindset in all she does. Operating out of Silicon Valley for the last two decades, she's built a reputation for helping startups with brand development and positioning, go-to-market strategies, demand generation, ABM, content marketing, web design and development, and public relations. She has operated as a fractional CMO for much of the past decade with her own firm, Flock Marketing. 

Building challenger brands and creating market disruption is a key strength. As the SVP of Marketing for Zippin she successfully positioned the company head-to-head with Amazon Go. As VP of Marketing for Habit she positioned the company in a crowded nutrition market, and as head of global communications for Xero she spearheaded programs that woke up the sleepy US incumbent: Intuit. Alice understands what it takes for high-growth companies to be successful, particularly those who aim to break into the US market from elsewhere. 

Previously, she held a series of leadership roles in communications consultancies, including a stint as technology practice leader and partner at Fleishman Hillard in San Francisco; and GM of Red Consultancy on the West coast. She began her career in public relations in the U.K.
